Alternative News Readers Are More Tech Saavy
9 June 2007A new analysis from the Media Audit finds that readers of alternative newspapers tend to be more tech savvy compared to the average U.S. adult. As a result, papers are experiencing higher Web site visibility which in turn enhances the paper’s overall market research, Media Audit said. According to the study, 16 newspapers, mostly in larger markets, have increased total reach by more than 100,000 persons as a result of adding the past 30-day Web site reach to a paper’s monthly newspaper readership.
